How to Use Myrrh Resins
If you are looking at ways to start using myrrh resins in solving health problems, here are the materials you need to start.
Self-igniting charcoal puck
A censer-type incense burner
Myrrh resin
White ash or natural sand
Metal tongs (or any other similar tool)
Matches (or lighter), gas stove-top or fireplace
Directions
Place a 2” layer of ash upon the censer and form it into a pile
Pick the charcoal puck with the metal tong and set fire on it with the lighter (or matches)
Place the charcoal puck on top of the sand and make sure air circulates around the puck.
Allow the charcoal puck to sit for about 5 minutes. This lets it to glow red and enough time for the layer of ash to cover it.
Sprinkle the myrrh resin on top of the charcoal. Take care not to put off the charcoal puck in the process.
You can now enjoy the crisp aroma of the burning myrrh resin.
